Summary

Where Is Charlie The Crocodile? You Need To Find Him!

This animal seek-and-find book is aimed at very young children。 The search for a little crocodile named Charlie in different places is a delightful read-aloud。 Can Charlie drive a car? Is he allowed to eat in restaurants? Is he dangerous? He must be lonely!

Where did he disappear?

The vivid color illustrations make listening very easy and funny。 The text is simple and partly repetitive。 Kids will learn about different places, objects, simple questions and answers, but mostly they will cry out a loud “Hooray” when the funny crocodile is discovered at the end。 Where? Well, just read。

The title of this book makes me think of "Where's Waldo?" But it's different。 It starts out with pictures where the crocodile, Charlie, is not seen。 Then it goes to drawing Charlie in unusual situations for a crocodile and saying that wouldn't happen。 It seems like a story shift。 I do like the coloring book portion at the back of the book for young children to color their own crocodile。 If I were reading this to a young child, I would make sure we took the time to look at each picture before rea The title of this book makes me think of "Where's Waldo?"

Charlie the crocodile is missing! Where can he be? Everyone is searching for him。 They have no idea where he could have gone to。 Can Charlie drive a car? Everyone keeps looking for hi m。 Do you know where Charlie is? This repetitive and easy to read book will keep the littles engaged in the story。 I found the illustrations just sensational。 They are part of what the littles will love about this book。 It's really two gifts in one。 A book to read and a search and find game。 Check this one out。 I Charlie the crocodile is missing! This is a cute story about a lost crocodile, and where he was finally found。 It would be ideal for children to hear and look at the illustrations included; plus there is a few coloring pages to color included。

I received a digital ARC for an honest review。While the story was cute, and I loved the illustrations, some of the pictures were confusing as the text read "is the crocodile here? no!" despite his being included in the picture。I liked the fact that this was in multiple languages and is great for children learning English/Spanish, or as an introduction to other languages。 The translations were not word-for-word, and I may have translated some phrases differently, but they captured the essence/mea I received a digital ARC for an honest review。While the story was cute, and I loved the illustrations, some of the pictures were confusing as the text read "is the crocodile here? no!" despite his being included in the picture。I liked the fact that this was in multiple languages and is great for children learning English/Spanish, or as an introduction to other languages。 The translations were not word-for-word, and I may have translated some phrases differently, but they captured the essence/meaning of the story。 https://www。amazon。com/gp/customer-re。。。 。。。more

This is a sweet little story, beautifully illustrated by Antonio Pahetti, looking for a little crocodile。 My niece and I really enjoyed it (though we did laugh about the fact that the crocodile WAS doing some of the activities in the pictures, when the words said he wasn't!), and though we don't speak Spanish, we had fun trying to guess how the words would be pronounced。 It's a great story for all young children, but for bilingual families it will be extra special, and would be good practice for This is a sweet little story, beautifully illustrated by Antonio Pahetti, looking for a little crocodile。 My niece and I really enjoyed it (though we did laugh about the fact that the crocodile WAS doing some of the activities in the pictures, when the words said he wasn't!), and though we don't speak Spanish, we had fun trying to guess how the words would be pronounced。 It's a great story for all young children, but for bilingual families it will be extra special, and would be good practice for those learning Spanish to read with their kids too。 NB I received a complimentary copy of this book, but I always give an HONEST review based wholly on my own opinions 。。。more

I read this one with my 3-year-old niece and she had a lot of fun looking at all the colorful pictures。 She interacted with the story answering each question about Charlie and seemed to find the idea of him driving a car quite funny。 It was easy to read and kept a 3-year-old's attention。 I read this one with my 3-year-old niece and she had a lot of fun looking at all the colorful pictures。 She interacted with the story answering each question about Charlie and seemed to find the idea of him driving a car quite funny。 It was easy to read and kept a 3-year-old's attention。 。。。more

Where is My Crocodile? Was a fun and entertaining story by Ingo Blum, a fun interactive story that young kids love。 I know this because my three year old grandson loved it and thought the pictures were fun to look at and the crocodile was a cute character。The book was easy to follow and an easy read for an older sibling to read to younger siblings。 I absolutely loved and recommend this great book。

The illustrations are cute and kept my four year old son entertained, but the story was confusing。 There would be pictures with the crocodile clearly in it, but the accompanying text would read "nope, he's not in there" or something like that。 It was just odd and so confusingly written, I'm beginning to wonder if it was simply a failure in translation since the author is a German native。I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review。 The illustrations are cute and kept my four year old son entertained, but the story was confusing。 There would be pictures with the crocodile clearly in it, but the accompanying text would read "nope, he's not in there" or something like that。 It was just odd and so confusingly written, I'm beginning to wonder if it was simply a failure in translation since the author is a German native。I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review。 。。。more

This is a cute story with some simple text that has a repetitive pattern。 Some of the pictures did not quite go with the story which could be confusing for a child。 The colors in the illustrations were nice。 I did not like the font。 The apostrophe and the letter k were just plain weird and confusing for young children who are 4-6 and might be reading this book on their own。 I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review。

Review: WHERE IS MY LITTLE CROCODILE? By Ingo BlumenthalA delightful short book for young children to be read to as a bedtime story, with surprises and humor, and a happy conclusion。 Gentle use of repetition and clever illustration make this story appealing to beginning readers as well。
